About Rob |
I have Thirty two years of dedicated
customer service excellence and a sincere desire to give
clients a ‘value for money’ product.
Working for Qantas International Airways, Rob was an
Instructor for all levels of in-flight customer service for
seven years. A Customer service Manager for twelve years and
has spoken at staff development and motivation days
throughout his career.
Since leaving Qantas in 2006, Rob has undergone extensive
training through the ‘International College of Celebrancy’
Melbourne, recognised for it’s comprehensive and extensive
training course for Celebrants of all kinds.

* Diploma of Marriage Celebrancy, (High Distinction)
* Diploma of Funeral Celebrancy (High Distinction)
* Diploma Airline Operations
* Associate Diploma Adult Education
* Justice of the Peace NSW
